Every member has a personal logbook in the system. As well as flights recorded by the booking system, members can add older flights themselves, and office staff can help by importing a logbook from a spreadsheet (CSV) into a member’s account.
You can tailor how logbooks work under the Admin tab, then Logbooks:
- Operating capacities — the list of roles a pilot can log a flight under (for example PUT, P1, P1/S). You can add your own.
- Time columns — the columns used to total pilot hours. You can add custom columns to match how your members keep their logbooks.
Note: Flights the system recorded are distinguished from flights a member added manually, so it is clear which entries came from the booking system.
