The trial system is not limited in any way just and runs as if you have the Gold Plan subscription. You can create students, members, aircraft or instructors and experiment with how to make a booking, book out an aircraft, record the flight details and write up some training notes.
You can test out selling vouchers, or invoicing students using the billing system in "test" mode. In this mode no payments are taken and you simply use some special card numbers reserved for testing.
If you decide to keep the system running, you can purchase a subscription from your account page. Otherwise, your system will be taken offline automatically at the end of your trial period.
