We have a very simple pricing structure to suit most schools and flying clubs up to 10 aircraft. If you need more than 10 aircraft, it's £10 for each additional.

There's no need to start paying straight away though, take advantage of our free trial first. Once you decide you want to go ahead, purchase a subscription from the 'Admin > Plan & payments' page in your system.

 

How does the Free Trial Work?

Simply register for an account using your name and email address. Don't worry - we're not into spam either. We will only contact you about your trial. If you decide not to go ahead, no hard feelings! No credit card is required to get setup, and you can have your own fully functional booking system to play with. The system runs the Gold Plan, so you can try out all the features but if you would like to restrict your trial to the Bronze or Silver plan we can arrange it, just let us know at any time.

Is this a long-term contract?

No, this is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month but you won't be billed again. You can cancel your subscription at any time when logged in from your account page.

If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial trial and we don't prorate for partial months.

How can I pay?

Flight School Booking is only available as a monthly subscription service, paid on a credit or debit card. While logged into your booking system, find the Admin tab and look for the section 'Plan & payments' to setup your subscription. You'll find all your tax invoices here as well.

Are there any hidden extras?

No, the platform is free for pilots, students, trial flight customers and members. Each school or club pays a monthly fee to use the system. We offer free advice and support for typical use, and we can offer a paid support contract if you might want more bespoke work done to tailor the system to you. Costs depend on how much work is involved, we can give you an idea if you get in touch with your requirements.

Is the system secure?

We are intelligent enough not to give a definitive 100% to that question. We'd like to think so but even the banks and other large corporations can't guarantee absolute security. We do have security experts on staff and we go to great lengths to ensure your data is safe.

All our servers are housed in Amazon's EC2 secure data centres and are managed by us. We make heavy use of redundancy, so if a server fails we have others to take on the work without any gaps in service. We secure all communications to and from the app using TLS, and we actively reject any connections that are not encrypted. This keeps your information confidential between your device and our servers, and ensures that the data is safe from eavesdropping while on the Internet. Our staff connect to the servers for monitoring and maintenance. While connected, we also use encrypted connections. In addition, all our computers have encrypted hard drives and complex passwords to prevent unauthorised access, just in case they are stolen.

For payment processing, we use Stripe, a well known and respected payment gateway. All data passed between your computer and Stripe is encrypted too, so your credit card details are safe. We don't store card details ourselves.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer email support during business hours (9:00 - 17:00 UK time) . Our website and YouTube channel is updated regularly and is available around the clock.
