The system keeps a log of significant events so you can see what happened, when, and who did it. This is useful for answering customer queries (“who cancelled my booking?”) and for keeping an audit trail.
To view it, click the Admin tab followed by Event log. You can also see the history for one person from their account.
The log records events such as bookings being created, changed or cancelled; aircraft booked out and flights recorded; training records; billing activity; logins; emails sent or failed; and changes to permissions, settings and notices. You can filter the list by date, by the type of event, or by the person affected, and click any event for more detail and links to related events.
Note: Older entries are removed automatically after a period, so the log is intended for recent history rather than long-term archiving. Access is controlled by a permission, so by default only staff roles can see it.
