From time to time you may end up with two accounts for the same person — for example, if someone takes a flight on a gift voucher and later becomes a member, or if two instructors each created an account before checking. You can combine these into a single account.
To do this, click the People tab, find and tick the duplicate accounts, then choose Combine accounts from the actions. You then choose which account to keep — the “target” account.
All bookings, past flights, training records and financial transactions from the other account are moved to the target account. The other account is then deleted.
Note: Information on the Settings tab (such as contact details and renewal dates) is not transferred, so after combining, check the target account has the correct details.
Caution: Once accounts are combined, the data cannot be separated again. Check carefully that you have selected the right accounts before you confirm.
