This section contains information about how the booking form differs when dealing with more than one location, and how to set the system up to display the current day's bookings on an office display.
More ways to view bookings
As well as the day view and the list of bookings, there are some additional views that office staff and instructors may find useful. These are reached from the Bookings tab.
Week and month views
The Week and Month views show bookings across a longer period at a glance. These are helpful for spotting quiet periods, planning instructor cover, or seeing how busy the week ahead is. Each customer also has week and month views of their own bookings.
Booking reports
The Reports option under Bookings gives an overview of booking activity, such as how far in advance people book and trends in cancellations. This can help you understand demand and review your cancellation policy.
Calendar subscription
Each customer can subscribe to their bookings from their own calendar app (for example, the calendar on their phone or computer). Their bookings then appear automatically and update when a booking changes. The subscription link is personal and private to that user, and they can reset it from their account if they ever need to.
