At GoFly, we were looking for a booking system that just makes sense - something reliable and affordable, but not as complex as a full-on airline CAMO setup. We needed it to cover the important stuff: tracking flights, hours, documents, and maintenance, making it easy for customers to book and pay for aircraft time, and giving instructors a clear way to follow student progress toward their PPL.
This system has been exactly what we needed. Everyone here genuinely enjoys using it—it’s simple, intuitive, and just works.
At the beginning I had to go through a set up process and I must mention the support we had from the developer, Mathew. He’s been absolutely brilliant, patiently answered what feels like a million of our questions and even made a few tweaks to the system to better suit our specific needs. It’s great to know that any time there are issues, there’s also help.
One feature we absolutely love is the integration with Xero. It’s been a game-changer for the admin. Accountant can now easily track all invoices and payments—without instructors having to manually add invoices after each flight. It saves a ton of time and we can finally avoid making accountants grumpy with the mess instructors used to create in Xero.
The smart maintenance tracking is also a huge win. It makes sure we’re not booking out aircraft that are due for service, and logging flights through the digital techlog is super straightforward. Keeping on top of document expiry dates is simple too.
All in all, this system has made a big difference for us—streamlining our operations and making life easier for both our team and our customers.
