It is likely you have written procedures which avoid a conflict of interest where an instructor has to check/evaluate a trainee he/she has trained. This has been difficult to keep track of, so we have made a change to the summary section of each student's Training tab which makes it easy.
The table now breaks down the training hours by instructor, aircraft type and operating capacity. This change means you can search for a student, then find out almost immediately how many hours they have training with a particular instructor. Plus you can filter by a date range, for example the previous 2 years.
We hope this helps cut down on manual adding up!
